Hulu Renews Marvel’s RUNAWAYS for Season 2

Marvel’s RUNAWAYS has been renewed for a second season on Hulu, with a 13-episode run on the streaming channel.

If you found yourself entertained by the handful of “misfit” teens that make up Marvel’s Runaways group, then you’ll be happy to know that Hulu has renewed the series for another season.

The group of six teens are played by Rhenzy Feliz, Ariela Barer, Virginia Gardner, Lyrica Okano, Allegra Acosta, and Gregg Sulkin. Their villainous parents are played by James Marsters, Brigid Brannagh, Ryan Sands, Angel Parker, Kip Pardue, Kevin Weisman, Brittany Ishibashi, Annie Wersching, James Yaegashi, and Ever Carradine. Fantastic Four‘s Julian McMahon also stars.

The first season had a pretty successful run with just 10 episodes. We’re hoping for more of the same or better with the addition of another 3 episodes.

With the first season just having wrapped up, the second season has no premiere date set yet, but we’re thinking it will probably return sometime in November.

The show did get better over the 10 eps and laid good groundwork for more of the comic related stuff to come in. Now that season 2 is possible the comic related elements need to show up.
