A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS Trailer Shows Off “Much Worse” Season 2

Be prepared! Season 2 of A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS will be more dismal than ever!

If there’s one thing A Series of Unfortunate Events likes to do, it’s brag about how very dreadful it is. The latest trailer for Season 2 is no exception.

The trailer starts with a warning from Lemony Snicket (Patrick Warburton) from Season 1 before Count Olaf (Neil Patrick Harris) interrupts, cuts all pretense, and completely revels in the ways this new season will be so much worse than the debut season, complete with tricks, villainy, violence, and more.

The show follows orphans Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelarie as they run from the disastrous intentions of their former guardian, Count Olaf, who is trying to destroy them and steal their family fortune, one way or another. Season 2 will follow the popular children’s series of the same name from Book 5, The Austere Academy, through Book 9, The Carnivorous Carnival.

A Series of Unfortunate Events Season 2 heads to Netflix on March 30, 2018.
