Things Get Wonderfully Miserable in A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS Trailer #2

A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS introduces new characters and locations in second trailer!

A new trailer of Netflix’s adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events hit the web today, giving us delightfully brutal new looks at The Miserable Mills, secondary characters like Aunt Josephine (Alfre Woodard) and Dr. Justice Strauss (Joan Cusack), Olaf’s antics, and more!

To start the preview, Lemony Snicket (Patrick Warburton) quirkily warns audiences “If you are interested in a story with a happy ending, that story is streaming elsewhere.”

We really love the look and feel of this adaptation. It certainly seems binge-worthy!

A Series of Unfortunate Events comes to Netflix for Season 1 on Friday, January 13, 2017.

Based on the internationally best-selling series of books by Lemony Snicket (aka Daniel Handler) and starring Emmy and Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris, A Series of Unfortunate Events recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans — Violet, Klaus, and Sunny – whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parents’ mysterious death.
