SYNOPSIS
When a young man finds a dragon egg on the outskirts of his village, he becomes the first new Dragonrider in a generation and a threat to the evil King Galbatorix. Eragon is suddenly thrust into a world of adventure and political peril as he tries to unify the humans, elves, dwarves, and Urgals of Alagaësia against their oppressor.
