SYNOPSIS
The twelve year-old son of an Irish crime lord uncovers the existence of fairies and sets out to capture their holy book, known as The Book of the People. The anti-hero also captures a fairy member of the Lower Elemental Police for a hefty ransom, leading him into several mischievous adventures with the tricky creatures and their allies.
