JURASSIC WORLD Sequel Date Officially Set for 2018

It’s no surprise that there’s going to be a Jurassic World sequel, and the date’s been officially set for June 22, 2018. Yes, 2018. Because, you know, dinosaurs and all.

So, yes, now that it’s surpassed The Avengers as the third top grossing movie ever, with only James Cameron’s monoliths, Titanic and Avatar, taking the top two spots, you know they’ll want to show you more, bigger, and scarier dinos if you’re willing to fork out the bucks.

I know I won’t mind, especially if the Chris Pratt is going to be there, which he will, as he jokingly stated, “They have me for, I think, 38 movies or something.”  Bryce Dallas Howard is confirmed to return as well.

Colin Trevorrow will write the sequel alongside Derek Connolly, but will be stepping down as director.  Trevorrow will also be sharing executive producer duties with Steven Spielberg, and Frank Marshall will be producing.

And now for a video that shows why Chris Pratt is just so darn perfect!
