See Baby MOANA’s Adorable Connection To The Sea In International Trailer

Baby MOANA plays with the sea in a new international trailer!

A new Japanese trailer for Disney’s upcoming animated musical Moana and is here to give you your daily dose of cuteness!

Moana has always had a strong connection to the sea and this new clip is proving it. The sequence shows adorable baby Moana toddling by the shoreline, collecting shells. Some of the shells seem too far off, but the sea has a mind of its own and welcomes the child in a very special way.

According to a YouTube comment, the caption in the video reads “The story of the girl who had been chosen by the sea.”

If that didn’t make you smile, we’re pretty sure you’re made of stone! It’s easy to see why Moana is enchanted by the ocean as a teen. The ocean does her hair!

It’s also a great example of the playful gods, demigods, and Pacific Island spirits we’ll be seeing throughout the movie, though demigod Maui voiced by Dwayne Johnson will likely provide the most entertainment.

Moana hits theaters on November 23, 2016.

Three thousand years ago, the greatest sailors in the world voyaged across the vast South Pacific, discovering the many islands of Oceania. But then, for a millennium, their voyages stopped — and no one today knows why.

From Walt Disney Animation Studios comes Moana, a sweeping, CG-animated adventure about a spirited teenager who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfill her ancestors’ unfinished quest. During her journey, she meets the once-mighty demi-god Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson), and together, they traverse the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous fiery creatures and impossible odds.
