‘Snatched’ actor Oscar Jaenada has joined the cast of Doug Liman’s CHAOS WALKING film.
Although production has already started for the film Chaos Walking, it was announced earlier today that Oscar Jaenada has been cast in the Doug Liman directed movie.
The movie, based on Patrick Ness’s bestselling novel The Knife of Never Letting Go, is about a world in which all the women were killed off from a germ, while the men and all other living creatures are able to hear each other’s thoughts through images, sounds, and words, which has been labeled as “The Noise.”
When Todd, played by Spider-Man: Homecoming‘s Tom Holland, is forced to flee his town with his dog by his side, he finds someone he never thought he’d see: a girl. Being that she’s a girl, Viola, played by Star Wars: The Last Jedi‘s Daisy Ridley, could be key to unlocking the secrets of their world. But they have a foe in Mayor Prentiss, played by Doctor Strange‘s Mads Mikkelsen.
Jaenada will play Wilf, a drifter who plays a significant role in Todd and Viola’s plot against Prentiss.
Other cast members include Nick Jonas, Kurt Sutter, Demian Bichir, and David Oyelowo.
