Bestselling YA Novel “Will Grayson, Will Grayson” Gets New Cover

John Green and David Levithan’s bestselling YA novel Will Grayson, Will Grayson is given new life with a new cover!

Penguin released the image of the updated cover for the bestseller on the Wall Street Journal site, and it will be published in March.

Will Grayson, Will Grayson was released back in April 2010, making it five years old. And it was written by two of YA fiction’s most adored authors, John Green (The Fault in Our Stars) and David Levithan (Two Boys Kissing).

The red and blue cover design features black-ink doodles of lightning bolts, music notes, and a coffee cup, as well as handwritten notes that read “NMH” and note the date “25-2-11.” A heart around the name “Isaac” carries two notes: “This is so stupid” and “This is so true.”

According to WSJ, the release for this book will coincide with Levithan’s Hold Me Closer: The Tiny Cooper Story, which is the spin-off of Will Grayson, featuring one of the characters from that world.

It’s always nice to see older books given new life, even if that life was only five years old!
